Beating the Heat with Snoballs

Summer in Louisiana can be tough, especially for the team members who show up every day and keep our operations running in the heat. This summer, we wanted to do something simple, fun, and refreshing to say thank you.

So, we brought the flavor of New Orleans straight to our yards.

A New Orleans–style snoball truck rolled through our Builders Supply locations, serving up icy treats to help our teams cool off during the hottest months of the year. It was a small break in the day, but one that brought plenty of smiles, laughter, and a welcome escape from the summer sun.

We were happy to find a fun way to show appreciation for our employees and recognize the hard work they put in day after day. Taking a few moments to connect, cool down, and enjoy something together goes a long way, and we’re proud to create opportunities like this that celebrate our people.
