Building Connection from the Ground Up: Launching the Builders Supply Horizon Women’s ERG Chapter

In September 2025, Builders Supply team members came together at Chasing Aces in Bossier City for something new: the kickoff of the Builders Supply chapter of the Horizon Women’s Employee Resource Group.

Horizon is the Women’s Employee Resource Group across our Texas and Louisiana materials businesses. At its core, it’s about connection. Horizon brings people together to share experiences, learn from one another, and support growth, both professionally and personally.

The group is open to women and male allies, and its focus is simple: creating space for conversation, development, and community in an industry where those spaces haven’t always existed. Launching a Builders Supply chapter means taking that bigger mission and making it local.
