Every year, Builders Supply brings employees and families together for one of our favorite traditions: the Truck Rodeo, a friendly competition featuring some of our best ready-mix drivers, plus a laid-back picnic where everyone can relax, connect, and celebrate the people behind the work.
What is the Truck Rodeo?
Part competition. Part picnic. All Builders Supply.
The Truck Rodeo is a skills competition designed to spotlight what great driving really looks like: focus, control, precision, and professionalism. Drivers compete in challenges that highlight what matters most every day: safe decision-making, awareness, and control.
The event is also a chance to slow down and enjoy time together with coworkers, families, and friends, in a setting that’s all about appreciation and pride. Alongside the competition, we host an employee and family picnic with food, games, and kid-friendly fun, because the people who support our team outside of work are part of what makes this place special.
“Great work” is about more than the job.
Events like the Truck Rodeo are about celebrating the craft, recognizing the people who do the work, and strengthening the connections that make our teams stronger, on and off the jobsite.
