Taking Time to Appreciate Our Team

This month, we were proud to host an employee appreciation luncheon to say a simple but important thank you to the Builders Supply team.

Along with enjoying a great meal catered by Bergeron’s Boudin & Cajun Meats, the luncheon gave us a chance to slow down, connect, and spend time together outside the day‑to‑day work routine. It was a great opportunity to recognize the hard work and dedication our employees bring to the job every day.

The gathering also served as a space for open conversation. Leadership shared updates on what’s happening across the business, and employees had the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about benefits and resources available to them. These conversations are an important part of staying connected and making sure everyone feels informed and supported.
