Celebrating the Season Together: Holiday Appreciation Events at Builders Supply

The holiday season is a time to reflect, connect, and say thank you. Our employees are the heart of our business, so we were excited to close out the year by hosting two meaningful holiday gatherings that brought our teams together in different but equally important ways.

From celebrating community and connection through our Horizon Women’s Employee Resource Group to showing gratitude to our frontline workforce with a holiday luncheon, these events were all about recognizing the people who make Builders Supply what it is.

Horizon Women’s ERG Holiday Party at Holiday Lanes

One of the highlights of the season was the Builders Supply chapter of the Horizon Women’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) holiday party, held at Holiday Lanes. The event brought employees together for an evening of fun, laughter, and connection; a relaxed setting that encouraged relationship‑building outside the day‑to‑day work environment.

Horizon is dedicated to building an inclusive community that connects and empowers employees while offering opportunities for growth, mentorship, and allyship across the organization. Events like this holiday gathering reflect that mission in action, creating space for people to connect personally, strengthen professional relationships, and create a sense of belonging.

In addition to the ERG celebration, Builders Supply also hosted a holiday luncheon for employees, providing a moment to pause, gather, and recognize the hard work put in throughout the year.
