Kenny Gatson Represents Builders Supply at State Mixer Championship
On April 13, Kenny Gatson, a Ready Mix Driver based at our Bossier City location, proudly represented Builders Supply at the Louisiana Concrete State Mixer Championship, earning a spot in the Top 10 among competitors from across the state.
Kenny qualified for the state competition after placing first at the Annual Builders Supply Truck Rodeo last September, an achievement that reflects his skill, focus, and commitment to safety. This marks his second time competing at the state level. A few years ago, he also proudly represented Builders Supply on the national stage, competing in the National Mixer Championship in Denver.
With 19 years at Builders Supply, Kenny is a well‑liked and highly respected member of our team. In addition to his role as a driver, he serves as a driver trainer and mentor, supporting both new and experienced employees. His steady leadership, willingness to share knowledge, and dedication to doing the job right make a lasting impact on our operations and on those who work alongside him.
